Did you know that almost half of Subaru owners have a dog, and 7 out of 10 owners have a pet? Subaru is proud partners with the ASPCA, and with dog and pet lovers everywhere, with a television campaign featuring adopted canines Olive and Zelda behind the wheel of their Subaru Forester. At Busam Subaru we are dedicated to being dog friendly. Every new 2010 Subaru Outback and 2010 Subaru Forester is dog friendly and ready to shuttle your best friend anywhere you need to go with Subaru's road gripping symmetrical All-Wheel-Drive.

Busam Subaru is proud to announce "Doggy Days at Busam". On Sunday April 25th, 2010 4 local dog rescues will be on hand to facilitate adoptions and answer questions. The event is open to the public and will last from 11 am - 3 pm. The 4 rescues on hand will be: The Midwest Boston Terrier Rescue, The Sheltered Paws Rescue, The Harlequin Haven Great Dane Rescue, and The Ohio Pug Rescue. These rescues depend solely on donations and the efforts of volunteers. "We are pleased to be hosting this event. We are glad to help the rescue's financially, and hopefully find some homes for these rescued dogs", said John Busam, of Busam Subaru.

Busam Subaru will be donating $200 for each registered car sold or leased in conjunction with the event. The total money raised will be evenly distributed among the 4 rescue shelters. A "doggy wash" will be available for donations to the rescue centers. Attendees will also be able to learn proper dog automotive safety from The Anderson Family Township Pet Center. Snacks and refreshments will be available for all in attendance. Busam Subaru is pleased to be hosting an event that will benefit local organizations.
